Dream house on an island
On an island near Amsterdam stands a true dream house for a young family. Architectural studio Studioninedots has designed this villa of special shape on a diamond-shaped plot. The villa has the shape of a diamond and looks very different from the different angles. Sometimes spacious and wide, sometimes narrow and angular. The designs were intended to create sensational light conditions and views.
The villa is not only very tastefully furnished, but it also offers the utmost in comfort. While the ground floor is flooded with light, the first floor was provided with a special type of dimming. Special blinds are controlled with Busch-Installationsbus® KNX building automation technology. Not only the blinds can be comfortably controlled with the elegant Busch-ComfortTouch® or via the app on the tablet or smartphone, but also the lighting in the entire house. And the integrated Busch-Welcome® system enables you to communicate with visitors at the front door.
